Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Delivery estimates
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3 to 8 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by destination, carrier volume, weather, or other conditions outside our control. If a significant delay affects your order, contact us at ej255wrx@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

Shipping rates
Standard U.S. shipping costs $8 for orders below $70 and is free for orders of $70 or more. Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly at ej255wrx@gmail.com if your order is delayed, damaged, or appears incorrect. For a missing package marked delivered, first check with household members and the carrier, then contact us so we can help investigate.
